At Electro Product Management, Inc., we specialize in designing tests and screening procedures for electronic components used in the aerospace, defense, and industrial electronics industries. Our capabilities include the ability to not only provide testing fixtures and software programs designed for any number of standard military and industrial tests, but to develop custom procedures that mimic a myriad of environmental conditions for any number of applications. Our team has over 75 years’ of combined experience in the development and performance of all manners of electronics testing.

Examples of testing and screening procedures we provide include electrical, functional, and temperature testing, among others. Temperature testing can be performed at temperatures ranging from -55 °C to 125 °C and at many standard temperatures in between. Environmental testing includes testing of lead to adhesion finish, dimensional stability, and moisture resistance in humid, hot, cold, and temperature varying environments. Using proprietary testing methods, we can simulate ten years of field use in an expedited time frame. This allows customers to make better informed decisions regarding the longevity of newly developed products and components, preventing failures once products enter the field.

Supporting documentation, including testing procedures, results, and conclusions are provided for customer records. With a wealth of expertise in all manner of electronic components, we can assist customers in developing solutions when the initial part design does not meet quality standards.
